Our Process
Our design process does things differently.
We put your vision at the front and combine it with industry best practise, so you can get the most from your website.
1 | Seed
Discovery and Clarity
Start the process with a 1-to-1 call with Beth to get clear on your intentions in a mini-coaching session.
Then we’ll learn about you business and goals, and gather any additional details. From clarity, we can design something in alignment with you.
2 | Germination
Plan
We begin the process of the initial design. This simple version of the site gives a general feel of the layout of the website and how it will come together.
We also design the color palette in this phase. If you already have branding colors we work with them to make a web appropriate color selection in line with your business and brand.
3 | Sprout
Design
On approval of the initial plan and color palette we move on to add the photos, content and copy to the design and bring it to life.
We work with the information and content you provided to add colour and life into the site. As well as optimising all copy for SEO.
4 | Bud
Test and Check
The website is close to completion now. In this phase, we finish making any changes to the website and give it full-scope testing - all copy is proofread, and all buttons are clicked.
We also connect the site to Google Analytics and set up anything else that is included in your package in this phase that is not related to the design.
5 | Bloom
Go Live!
Once everything is looking good, the website has past all testing and you have approved the final product, the website goes live. It’s time to attract your dream clients and put yourself or your business out there.

All websites have associated costs that are paid directly to the website platform (eg Squarespace, Shopify, Showit), domain registration (eg. godaddy, namecheap) as well as costs of any third party apps your website may need to meet your requirements.
Any additional costs associated with the website set-up and ongoing annual fees are not included in any of the packages (eg. domain registration, domain hosting and annual fees to the platform to build your website).
Before we get started on your project together, we will give you a full breakdown of what these additional costs may be.

The delivery times outlined in our packages are based on business days and depend on client cooperation and the provision of required information, such as content, photos, copy etc. Delivery times may vary if all the information needed is not provided, or if we don’t receive a response from you within the agreed time frame to any questions or sign-off within your allocated website build time.
